I Have a Dream

Have you ever listened to Dr. Martin Luther King's famous speech, I HAVE A DREAM, delivered on August 28, 1963 in the march on Washington? It is a powerful speech that stirs hearts to this day. I love the line that says, "I have a dream that my four little children would be judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." I think that is what all of us should want to see. The Bible is clear that God loves all people the same and sees us all the same. One person is not superior to another because of race or gender. The Jews were chosen as a race, not because they were better, but because they were given the responsibility to share God's goodness, compassion and love with all nations and races. May you and I be faithful to share the good news of the Savior, because He died and rose for all. Now that's REAL HOPE.
