FHH Staff

In John 17:21 the Bible clearly explains why Jesus come to earth.  Our Lord prayed to God asking for the disciples to be united on mission to the world.  Jesus asks, "that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me."

This media outreach of Dr. Jeff Schreve seeks to speak the truth in love to a lost and hurting world.  Heard on 720+ radio stations daily and thousands of TV outlets in 182 countries, God has graciously provided for this growing ministry calling a dedicated staff to serve Him - "so that the world may believe."

Larry Larry Nobles

As Vice President of From His Heart, I am responsible for the overall operations of the ministry and serve as the announcer for the daily radio and weekly TV broadcast.  I’ve been in broadcasting since 1976 and Christian broadcasting since 1996.  As a former Pastor, my call is to use the broadcast mediums to help fulfill the great commission and come along side Pastor Jeff to speak the truth in love to a lost and hurting world.

I came to Jesus at the age of 10 when convicted of my sin in our home church in Memphis.  I remember that tug from God compelling me to come forward.  I also remember the thrill of laying in the bed that night knowing that God knew me and I was His child.  While I drifted a bit in my teens and 20s, God gave me a godly wife who gently showed me how to serve God. It changed my life.

My favorite verse is John 17:21 where Jesus explains His mission (and ours) on earth. He was praying to God for His disciples saying, “that they may all be one; even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.” From His Heart exists to point people to Jesus and help them see the cross.

I’ve been married to Vicki since 1975 and we have 2 beautiful daughters and 5 delightful grand kids (10, 8, 6, 5, 5). Now I know why they call them “Grand!”

I am primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable.  I also make sure that we are in compliance with all the federal 501C3 laws and handle payroll. I serve From His Heart because it is an incredible ministry that truly desires to reach the world for Christ with boldness and without compromising the gospel message. I love all the people I work with ... especially the FHH president!

I came to the Lord at the age of 11. I grew up in a pastor's home, so I knew all about the Lord in my head, but didn't have a personal relationship with Him. I awoke one night at 2:30am from a horrible dream that I was going to die at 3:46am. I also knew that, if I were to die, I would go to hell - but I wasn't ready! Hysterically, I went into my parent’s bedroom. They prayed with me and I asked Jesus into my heart. And bless their hearts, they stayed up with me until 3:57 to make sure I didn't die! Now that's love!

My favorite verse in the Bible is the entire chapter of Psalm 121. There is great comfort in knowing that I need only look to the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth, to find my strength, peace and joy. He is always on the job. He never sleeps. He will protect me, keep me and guard me. Jeff and I have been married for 30 years and have 3 wonderful daughters ages 29, 26 & 24 and 2 beautiful granddaughters ages 6 and 14 months.

As Director of Ministry Relations, my main responsibility is providing spiritual support and encouragement to people who support our ministry. I serve at From His Heart because it gives me the opportunity to be involved in a ministry that is reaching people all over the world with the truth of God’s Word.

I was saved as a 9-year old boy, but rededicated my life to the Lord in my early 20’s. I was called into the ministry in 1984 and served as a pastor for 25 years. My favorite Bible verse is the last part of Romans 5:20, “But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more,” because I have personally experienced that in my life.

I have been married for 28 years to my wonderful wife Debra, and we have two sons, ages 24 and 20. I love golf, cooking on the grill, laughing, and the Texas Rangers!

As Marketing/Web Coordinator, I communicate with our team at From His Heart to get our communication/marketing efforts in sync. This includes inputting most of the online information and web maintenance. I assist in many other areas including my favorite… our monthly videotaping with Pastor Jeff. I serve at From His Heart because this ministry is expanding the Kingdom by sharing the gospel message with integrity and passion.

At 8 years old I felt a strong tug on my heart while at church and came to know Christ as my personal Savior. I confessed that I was a sinner and needed Jesus to save me and come into my life. I’m tremendously thankful that God so lovingly continues to show me how my ways are not His ways. As I yield to His Spirit, He gives me grace by making me more like Him each day.

My current favorite verse is Colossians 3:23, “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as unto the Lord and not for men.”  This verse helps me when I find myself wanting to give up and give in. It is such an encouragement and motivator! I am married to Ross and we have an 8 year old son who is a spunky, kind-hearted second grader who keeps us super busy!

As the Media/Technical Director/TV Producer for From His Heart, my main responsibility is the production of the television broadcast and other ministry related videos. I also provide technical assistance on our website. I serve because I believe that we are making a genuine difference in the world. It is through the radio, television, and internet ministry of From His Heart that people are learning more about the loving heart of the God of the Bible. It is a blessing to be a part of such a great work for God’s glory.

God saved me at age 9 and at 13 I got involved in a church youth group at First Baptist Church Texarkana, a place I also continue to serve in today. In one of my favorite verses, Jesus lays it out very simply. He alone is the giver of life. In John 11:25, Jesus says, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?” Well, I surely do.

I been happily married for 9 years to my wife Jill. We have two daughters ages 6 and 1.

As Office Manager at From His Heart, I am responsible for the overall direction of our fulfillment office systems, fulfillment operations and customer support issues. From His Heart allows me the opportunity to use the gifts God has given me to help people receive the resources and “ministry touches” they need to be drawn closer to the Lord.

My favorite Bible verse is Exodus 14:14 which says, “The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still."

My greatest earthly joy is the love of my husband (30+years) and family, the knowledge that my 2 amazing daughters and their husbands love the Lord, and that my grandchildren (3 boys and 2 girls) are being raised to cherish Jesus.

As Customer Service Coordinator, I work daily to send out all the From His Heart Ministries resources that are requested by phone, mail, and online. My nickname at the ministry is “Shipping and Handling!” I accepted this role after retiring from a 33 year career in teaching. From His Heart allows me to be involved with Christians from all parts of the world in sharing the Good News of Jesus without even leaving Texarkana!

While I was raised in a Christian home and baptized in church, I realized when I was in my early twenties that I was lacking a real relationship with God. One night, the new pastor in the church where my husband and I attended, came into our home. He shared the gospel with me in such a clear way; I received Christ as my Lord and Savior that very night. My life has never been the same since that time.

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Romans 15:13. This is one of many favorite verses since becoming a Christian. My wonderful husband and I have 4 children, 6 grandchildren from ages 'not yet born' to 23!

As an Office Data Management Assistant, my duties include handling all the mail that comes into From His Heart … and we get a LOT of mail! I also help packaging orders and data entry projects. As Pastor Jeff’s daughter, I’ve been helping with many tasks in the ministry for many years. With a major in accounting, God is using me to help reach the world with the gospel.

One summer when I was a kid at Vacation Bible School, the teacher said that whenever a person asks Jesus into their heart Heaven throws a party. I felt a little nudge in my heart and I asked Jesus to come into my life. I then raised my hand and said, "they are throwing a party for me right now!" I've been married to my husband Jay for 9 years. We have two girls ages 6 and 1.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with Crohns disease after two years of being very sick. I fell to the ground in my room and cried out to God and He gave me this verse as a promise to heal me: Jeremiah 30:17 says, “For I will restore you to health, and your wounds I will heal, declares the LORD.”

JeanJean Arnold

I volunteer as the media duplication coordinator for From His Heart. The ministry sends out thousands of CDs and DVDs each year. Having served the Lord at First Baptist Church Texarkana for many years, I count it a great blessing to also be allowed to help provide needed assistance with audio and video media, transcripts, and media data coordination for FHH. God has grown it from such a fledgling ministry in 2005 to have the vast worldwide reach today. It's incredible.

I came to Jesus when I was 15 years old at church when the Holy Spirit convicted my heart revealing to me that I needed Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. My favorite verse is 2 Timothy 3:16-17 which says, "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." These verses remind me that growing in the Lord is a day by day growth and it  comes from reading and studying His word and applying His truth in my life, so that I can reflect His love, goodness and mercy to others.

I have 3 wonderful children and 2 incredible grandchildren, and I'm not even biased.

As the Graphic Designer, I provide all the images on the website and in printed material. Through From His Heart, I’m able to make use of the ability God has given me to glorify Him and His Gospel through visual communication.

I had some understanding of the Gospel when I was young, but did not actively pursue His will for my life until I was in my mid 20’s. Philippians 2:5-8 comes to my mind often. It says, “Have this mind among yourselves, which is yours in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” It is a verse I really love because Christ sets the precedent for us in loving others: In humility he bridged the largest relationship gap possible and he is the King of the universe. When it is hard to love others, remember what the King did.

I am married and we have two amazing daughters ages 3 and 1. They are both bright and beautiful with the oldest being extremely strong-willed… kinda like her dad!

I serve as the Radio Producer/Editor for From His Heart. I live on a rural farm raising cows and chickens, etc … but radio allows me the opportunity to have an occupation where I can use my technical gifts to share Jesus. I’ve been producing the From His Heart radio broadcast since 2009. I'm committed to putting all the elements of a broadcast together so that it clearly proclaims biblical preaching and teaching.

In 1975, I was a 7 year old boy when I gave all I knew of myself to all I knew of Jesus Christ. I began trusting Him to be my substitute and sacrifice. 1Peter 2:24 reminds us that, "and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed." I like that verse!

I’m married to my wonderful wife, Lynna, with 4 daughters and 1 son-in-law who loves the Lord.

prayOur Volunteers -

From His Heart
also has a dedicated volunteer prayer team who offer fervent and sincere prayers to God for the many requests we receive each day. Their dedication to prayer, to the Lord, and to From His Heart's mission brings glory to God and their efforts are invaluable to the ministry work that is accomplished. Thank you Judy, Ruby, Linda, and Brenda. 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-17 reminds us to "Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

We also want you to know about a dedicated team of professionals and committed volunteers who willingly offer their multiple technical talents at First Baptist Church in Texarkana, TX. They capture the messages of Pastor Jeff Schreve in audio and video. These faithful servants work tirelessly behind the scenes usually without recognition, but they are noticed by God and we are eternally grateful.

Of course, there are many more to thank than is possible by name here, but a very special shout out goes to Clint H., Eric R. and Jacob B. for whom we are truly thankful. They are a great blessing to FBC and FHH. Without their love for Jesus, technical expertise, and desire to impact the world for Christ, From His Heart would not be as effective as it is today.
