God has made it clear what a pastor is supposed to do: "preach the word" and “speak the truth in love.” However, many pastors have opted for a more palatable form of inoffensive Christianity. Like Lite Beer from Miller, this type of Lite preaching “tastes great and is less filling”—the only problem is it doesn't save!  The Apostles were ordered to stop preaching the truth of Jesus. They responded by saying, “We cannot stop speaking what we have seen and heard.” And all except John were eventually martyred for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. May we be bold witnesses for Jesus in these dark days in which we live. May we shine for Christ, share His story and straightforwardly warn those on the broad road to flee from the wrath that is to come. It’s in Jesus alone where people find REAL HOPE.
