Do All for the Glory of God

As Christians, everything we do will either end up as (1) reward from the Lord or (2) regret before the Lord. 1 Corinthians 10:31 reminds us of this, "Whether then you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Whatever you have to do today, do it to bring honor to Him as you do that task with excellence and joy and a sense of gratitude. I believe it was Martin Luther who made this profound statement, "A dairy maid can milk cows to the glory of God." Hey, if she can do a menial job like that to His glory, I can do whatever I need to do today to His glory also. So remember … "Whether then you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Now that's REAL HOPE.
